Frequently Asked Questions

What type of printing do you offer?

We offer screen printing or digital transfer printing (DTF). As a general rule: lots of colours + low order volume = DTF, fewer colours + bigger order volume = screen printing. Both have pros and cons but we will tell you which makes the most sense for your project!

What blanks do you use?

We have special offers for Gildan T-shirts and Beechfield caps/beanies, as they are such a popular choice for many of our clients. However, we can source pretty much any garment you need, including Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Continental, AS Colour, Stanley/Stella. Let us know when ordering what your requirements are and we will happily advise you.

Can I provide my own garments for decoration?

Most of the time it's a no. We have great rates with our wholesalers so it's usually cheaper to source them through us anyway, and we can be sure of the quality and materials.

Can I see a sample of my design?

We can provide physical or photo samples for DTF printing or embroidery, if required, at a cost. The time and cost to set up a job for screen printing mean that this is generally impossible. If it’s absolutely necessary we can, but for a price!

Do you do one offs?

Yes, for embroidery and DTF prints. They will be more expensive than buying in bulk, however

Do you do discounts?

We have a few offers available for some of our most common orders, at discounted prices. Also, all of our pricing is on a sliding scale, so the more you buy, the less it costs per item!

Do you do same day printing?

Our standard turnaround time is 10 working days from payment. If you require your order sooner, let us know and we will always try and help. If you need your order within a week or less we will need to add a ‘rush’ fee to your invoice.

Do you save screens?

Since we need to reuse our screens for other jobs we do not offer this as a service. The screen cost is built into the price, but this is only the cost of making your screen and then reclaiming it again for future use.

Can I visit you in person?

As a busy print shop with a small staff, we aren't 'open' to the public. If you prefer to come and chat face to face, we can do this via appointment only.
